I can honestly say this supplement does nothing but help me, it doesnt do all the work for you, it just helps you control your appetite and help speed up metabolism and it has been doing wonders, since i have been on it and stop eating by 8:00 pm i have lost at-least 15 pounds and that was just with dieting and not with working out, im serious this stuff works

This is the only diet pill I feel I need to use going forward. It is an excellent, safe formula that has gotten me some nice results. I take it twice a day with food and have lost about 11 pounds over the last two months. I have been using it along with a nice colon cleanse product that I have found. I think if you try this product for a few months you will be as happy as I am. No diet pill in the world will work without modifying bad eating habbits too unless you want to exercise like crazy but who has time for that…

I have enjoyed this product for a little over a year now. It helps to keep my energy up in such a fast paced environment that I work in. I am able to work the hours that I want and still have the energy to work out and eat right. Its a great ALL natural product!
